1. Why do I need a real estate agent?
The process of buying or selling a property involves several complexities which can be avoided by the expert assistance of a real estate agent. Real estate agents are expert professionals who use their skills and experience to help you maximize the value of your investment by helping you find the right property at a reasonable price or by selling your property for the best possible value.
2. How do you determine the price of a property?
There are several factors that are considered when the price of a property is determined. I conduct a comparative market analysis (CMA) which involves compares three or four recently sold properties that are similar in size, location, and amenities to your property. In addition to this, economic stability, current real estate supply and demand, and your needs and expectations are considered as well in the determination of the property price.
3. I want to sell my property. When is the best time to list my property with you?
I recommend all my clients who are ready to sell their property right now or to list their property as soon as possible. This way you will be able to attract more prospective buyers and find the one who is ready to offer your desired price.
4. How do you market a property?
I use a variety of marketing techniques and tools to provide your property maximum exposure. This involves listing your property on the MLS, using social media marketing, arranging home viewings, and use of my real estate network to find the right buyer for your property.
5. What is MLS and how does it work?
MLS or Multiple Listing System is the largest pool of properties up for sale today. It is a database that’s available to Realtors only. The database contains all the properties that are listed with different Realtors. This helps me find the right property for my client or sell the listed property in an efficient manner.
6. I listed my property with another agent but failed to get it sold. What should I do?
There are two basic reasons that it could have happen. One, the property may be overpriced. Two, the property didn’t get optimum procedure. In order to attract buyers and sell the property, it is important that you set a price that's realistic yet profitable and market it extensively to attract maximum number of buyers.
